Keith Hunnings* with South Penn Code Consultants LLC is our Zoning and Building Codes Official. His phone number is 717-942-2248 and he is available Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00 pm by phone and by appointment to accommodate your schedule. If you are planning a construction project, please call to ensure you have the proper permits in place before you start working. Below is a bio* on Keith and some information to help residents with permit submittals.

All applications and plan submittals should be delivered to the Borough office to be placed in Keith's mail box.  Again if you would like to meet or speak with Keith, he can be reached at 717-942-2248 or by email SouthPennCC@gmail.com. The Borough office has applications for you to pick up and fill out there. You will also be able to go to the Borough web site. We will be adding info regularly there so residents can get information and forms there as well.

*Keith started his own business in 2012 doing consulting for municipalities for their codes enforcement needs.  Prior to starting his business, he worked for local surveying firms and construction contractors for the last 20 years.  Most of the work he has done has been in Shrewsbury Borough and surrounding municipalities.  He has worked extensively with subdivision and land development projects.  He grew up in the Shrewsbury and Glen Rock area and graduated from Susquehannock High School in 1992.  He currently lives in North Codorus Township with his wife Nicole and their two sons Tate and Sawyer.
